- from 03.00 pm at the check-in terminal at the foyer at FIRST FLOOR
- You need:
1. Booking number or check-in code
2. Identity card
3. Credit card or ec card for payment handling at check-in

Check-In is possible only if payment is already effected or will be done during check-in on the terminal by credit card or ec card. Cash payment or bank transfer is NOT possible on the terminal - for these methods of payment please contact the reception before arrival.

G R O U P B O O K I N G S - MORE THAN 1 APARTMENT

If you made a reservation for more than 1 apartment please provide us with the guest names per apartment when or shortly after doing the reservation. Subsequently you will get a separate confirmation by e-mail with a check-in code for each apartment for check-in.

U N D E R G R O U N D  P A R K I N G

The on-site parking spaces are at the underground parking and have to be reserved 3 days bevor arrival at the latest. If a reservation is made the key for the underground parking will be in your apartment.

K E Y  C A R D

You will obtain your key card at the end of the check in procedure at the check-in terminal.
Please note your apartment number - the key cards are unlabeled.
If you should lose your key card you can obtain a new one on the check-in terminal with your booking number at any time.

R E C E P T I O N & O F F I C E

Reception is open daily from 11 am until 4 pm. Your e-mails will be answered daily form 7 am until 7 pm.

E L E C T R O N I C  D E V I C E S

If you bring your own electronic devices they must meet the latest safety standards and have to be used with due diligence. For safety reasons the key card has to be taken out of the energy control box each time you leave your apartment.
