If guests stay longer than 7 days, the apartments are cleaned, bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
Reception is open daily from 11 am until 4 pm.
All apartments are equipped with new 40’ and 48’ flat TVs which are connectabel to the internet. You can watch 89 TV programs in 14 languages. There are also various radio channels.
Laundry Service
In our laundry there are washing machines and dryers at your disposal. If you should not want to wash yourself or if you prefer to have your clothes cleaned, you may ask our laundry/cleaning service. For further information please contact the Reception.
Bread and pastries
Fresh bread and pastries are available in the bakery on the floor below.

In every apartment there is a safe where guests can deposit their objects of value, identification documents, etc.
Parking
During your stay you may park your car in our underground garage (chargeable).
Elevator
An elevator takes you from the ground floor to your apartment on the 1st floor.
Shopping Service
You would wish to find a well filled refrigerator in your apartment at your arrival? If you announce and order by e-mail at least 4 days before arrival we will be pleased to do the shopping for you and to equip the kitchen with the goods you have ordered.(on demand and chargeable)

In the bathroom of your apartment you will find a small choice of cosmetic articles.
Air Conditioning
All apartments are equipped with an air conditioning system. That
guarantees that even on hot days your apartment stays nice and cool.
Self-supply
Self-caterers will find everything they need for their stay just downstairs:
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a supermarket on the ground floor of the house
- a bakery on the ground floor of the house
- Coin operated washers and dryers on the floor
