COVID 19 Information: Stay safe – stay MLoft Apartments Munich

As of May 21st , 2021, the hotel industry will be able to open again for tourist offers and so we look forward to welcoming you again. For this opening in times of a pandemic, the following regulations currently apply, which we urgently ask you to comply with.

No accommodation for the following people

  • People with proven SARS-CoV2 infection
  • People who have been in contact with COVID-19 cases in the past 14 days
  • People who are subject to quarantine measures (e.g. return from a risk area)
  • People with symptoms associated with COVID-19 (acute general symptoms of illness, fever, loss of smell and taste, difficulty breathing)

in order to be able to welcome you as overnight guests and for the safety of all guests and employees - according to the current government guidelines, the 2G regulation applies from November 15, 2021:

  • Proof of completed Covid-19 vaccination, whereby at least 14 days must have passed since the final vaccination. (Vaccination certificate in German, English, French, Italian or Spanish or in an electronic document).
  • Proof of recovery, by proving the presence of a previous infection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in German, English, French, Italian or Spanish, or in an electronic document, if the testing was made with a PCR method and at least 28 days, but no more than six months ago.

What sounds complicated is actually very simple:

  • Access only with 2G (vaccinated, recovered) and for children up to 12 years of age
  • For non-tourist accommodation that is absolutely necessary and cannot be postponed (e.g. business trips), 3G Plus applies (vaccinated, recovered, PCR-tested - it must not be older than 48 hours on arrival)
  • Verification of evidence with identification of the person
  • FFP2 mask compulsory for guests

In order to make your stay with us as pleasant and safe as possible under these circumstances, we have set up the following hygiene standards and services for you:

MANDATORY MASK-WEARING - HAND DISINFECTION IN THE ENTRANCE AREA + KEEP DISTANCE

Our employees wear mouth and nose protection in public areas of our house and have received adequate training. We ask all guests to enter the lobby only with a FFP2 mask on and to first of all disinfect their hands at the hand sanitizer dispenser. We also kindly ask our guests to keep at least 1.5 m distance from other guests and our staff.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTING PUBLIC AREAS

The entrance area/lobby, the check-in terminal, the elevator, the guest toilet and the laundry room are also regularly cleaned and disinfected with appropriate cleaning agents in accordance with tested hygiene regulations, as are all contact surfaces such as key cards, door handles and light switches.

CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN – CASHLESS PAYMENT - RECEPTION AVAILABILITY 24/7

On the day of arrival you can check in and do payments at the CHECK-IN TERMINAL completely contactless from 3 p.m. All you need is your ID, the booking number and a credit card, in case your stay or individual services still have to be paid for. Here you will also receive the room card you need to unlock your apartment and activate the apartment's power supply.

If you have any questions during the check-in, you are welcome to contact the reception. The current opening times of the reception are very reduced, because we try to work as much as possible in home office in order to have as little contact from person to person as possible

APARTMENT CLEANING

When you move into your apartment, it is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected (surface disinfection). The bed is freshly made and fresh towels are ready for you. If you stay with us for more than 7 days, weekly cleaning is provided. On demand we can clean / disinfect your apartment more often, please contact us.

PURCHASING SERVICE

We would be happy to fill your fridge with your chosen food and beverages (fee-based service). If you send us your shopping list at least 3 days before arrival, a full refrigerator awaits you on arrival. If you want to go grocery shopping yourself that’s also easy. There are 2 supermarkets and a bakery just downstairs in the building.

SELF CATERING

The ones who generally prefer self catering or rather cook at home in pandemic times find exellent possibilities at MLoft Apartments : fully equipped kitchen in the apartment with kitchen utensiles, table wear and cutlery in combination with supermarkets and a bakery downstairs in the house.
